Sunday, May 7, 2023 - Interesting! We found it paired beautifully with seafood for palates not seeking sauvignon blanc. Minerally, tart, but rich, the turbiana grape is new to us - and to Wine Folly and The Wine Bible apparently. We’ll be laying in more to add diversity to our choices for seafood.
