Monday, November 20, 2023 - Decanted 2 hours. Upon decanting beautiful full cherry aroma. Flavor of soft lead pencil, tender plums & rich cherries. Good healthy legs. Balanced soft light acidity & oak on the finish. Went well with chicken & mushroom Risotto.
