Thursday, November 25, 2021 - No notes just enjoying Thanksgiving with friends and family. Wine is nowhere near ready as it’s too heavily impacted by the vanilla and barrel flavors however this will become a great wine for those that have the patience to wait for the wine to come together. Give it 3-5 years before tasting, you will thank me. 91-92
