Monday, January 25, 2010 - This sinewy, well-structured wine, filled with raspberry fruit, earth, spice and herbs proved to be an inspired complement to a pungent, flavor-crazy haunch of roasted wild hog, served with a big bowl of bitter, garlicy rappini and a few loaves of bread. A nice Bandol to drink young.
