Saturday, March 17, 2012 - Exceptional. Let it open for an hour, and this is phenomenal old world stuff, evocative of fields of lavender and social grace. Another classic sunset wine, fit to toast the living and the ancestors. Silky anisette with undertones of old cherries and young plum.
