This is full bodied, but only of medium depth on the palate, with meaty bilberry fruit on the mid-palate giving way to some still quite firm tannins on the medium/good length finish. However it retains sufficient acidity to be reasonably balanced overall. Interesting and pretty good, but patently lacking the depth and class of the previous two wines. As per my last note lacks the depth of fruit for the very long-term. Now to 2015ish.
