It showed well but not up to expectations. Another bottle tasted last June showed very well. A bottle tasted a few months later showed well but demonstrated signs of closing down. This bottle showed an even more closed profile. There is balance here, but the forward, primary fruit was lacking reducing the overall pleasure of the wine. Hopefully this will show better with some additional bottle age.
