Thursday, December 22, 2022 - Decanted, medium deposit.
Initially quite closed, an hour saw briary red cherry fruit emerging.
Palate similarly evolved. Red cherry, touch of red currant complemented by oak. Held by its acid. Very little tannin. Needs time.
Day 2 - holding up very well. Supports my view that it needs time.
