Thursday, March 28, 2024 - The aroma is all encompassing, rich, and ever enduring. Notes of bees wax, cheese rind, butter, flowers, and a soft apple-like acidity.
The mouthfeel is rich and oily. Opens creamy, butter and hazelnuts. Then comes acidity, bitterness, but the creaminess lingers. Astonishing!
