Sunday, December 25, 2022 - Just wow. Wine is accessible now, tannins are soft and well integrated already. Needed 4 hrs of air to really come to life but then it was stellar. Dark red fruits, leather and even some pepper. Cannot wait to see how this evolves. 3-5 minute finish. Just delicious.
