Thursday, April 3, 2008 - much more closed down then the last bottle. I will not open another for at least 3 years... maybe 5. At about an hour, some sappy pine bark appears, acids calm down a smooth tannins start to peek through. There was much less detectable fruit at any point of drinking this bottle.
Great stuff, its just superb Barbera... now in need of cellar time.
