Saturday, July 5, 2008 - A nice wine. Somewhat big for a Barbera at the moment. Would wait a year to try next one. Nice fruity nose of black cherry and earth. Dark purple plum in color. Big flavor of black cherry, earth and lead pencil on the palate. A hint of tannin.Some time needed to soften it a bit. Well made.
