Thursday, February 17, 2022 - I mean, a perfect bottle of this and it represented what the hype is all about with Rousseau. The nose on this was like cherry heaven in a barn and it fully delivered on the palate with gorgeous layers of decayed cherry fruit and just the right touch of barnyard earth. The finish had a perfect pitch of intensity and was incredibly complex with notes of minerals and red spices. Such an elegant, ethereal aged Burgundy. At The Grill, NYC
