Sunday, May 26, 2013 - Popped and poured about 30 minutes later. Light in color. Nose was not very discernible. Initially, it had a bit of a bite. Could have been acid or alcohol-heat. It mellowed a bit later on. Burgundian flavors. Little finish. Okay Pinot, nothing special. A bit over the hill. Drink now!
