Monday, December 25, 2023 - Decanted all day. Just in a perfect spot. Deep crimson/black color whose nose is dominated by charcoal notes intermingled with red fruits. Great balance and just a joy to drink. Perfect with standing rib roast, scalloped potatoes and apple sauce. Really singing. Even the non wine people were drinking it up.
