NOSE: crunch, carbonic, red fruits; Campari.

BODY: garnet-magenta color of medium depth; medium-light body.

TASTE: light red fruits; fine tannin; medium+ acidity; strong, pronounced mineral note; a hint of "natural wine" signature; juicy red berries, and some powdery potpourri; slight little mousey note -- very slight -- eventually, but it's light enough that I can easily overlook it. Possibly room to improve, but it doesn't come across as super dense or structured.

50, 5, 13, 15, 7 = 90

11/18/2023 9:05:00 AM - I tend not to decant Metras or similar producers as I don’t wanna risk bringing out mouse quicker than if I PnP 🤷🏻‍♂️

11/18/2023 10:17:00 PM - Smart. I'll be taking the same approach now that I understand Metras is a natural wine producer. ... quite frankly, as far as me and Metras are concerned, I'm done. I'll drink the last bottle or two that I have, and then just move on. I hate playing the coin flip game with natty wines.
