Saturday, June 17, 2023 - Pale yellow gold with green tint. Red apple, apricot, smoked pear and honey. Slight viscosity on the palate, round, long and clean finish.

We paired it with charcoal grilled tandoori chicken and curry. All my Burgundies were demolished by the curry spices, but this Ostertag held up above and beyond the call of culinary duty.

I saved some for next morning, Father's Day crepe breakfast. It held up well and the honey became more pronounced.
