Wednesday, December 6, 2023 - After 30 or so minutes decanting, my first glass absolutely burst with juicy raspberries, plum, and the classic garrigue CDP is famous for. The finish has a mild leathery tobacco note balanced by an acidic lift. The nose also presents a loamy petrichor scent.
This seems to be in its prime at the moment, although another year or two wouldn't diminish it much, if at all.
