Wednesday, May 18, 2022 - A beast. Not really my thing, but nicely done. Aromas of prune, blueberry jam, terracotta, vanilla, a little creme de violette, tomato paste and dark miso. Full, dense, hot and tannic on the palate, there's purity and intensity, and great length. This will get more interesting, but I'm not really that interested. There will, however, be some who love this style, as it is very well made.
