Monday, May 2, 2022 - eleventh wine at the estate and this is firing on all cylinders. Very structured and incredible depth and complexity which I feel is simply the beginning. This is a buy and hold for 10 years and then pull out of your cellar and showcase what age on Burg can do. While this might not be the fruit forward vineyard (call it right bank for those Bordeaux fans) this is more of a Pauillac left bank burgundy expression is that makes any sense (I am diving into Burg but I felt like it was a fair comparison). Buy for my cellar and hold. 93+
