Sunday, November 28, 2021 - A private lunch (Restaurant Le Coeur, Amsterdam, NL): AP 17 93. Medium golden colour with a touch of amber; delicately sweet, peaches and a hint of honey, spicy slate, juicy fruit and slightly drying bitters, salty finish with green apple, good length. Fully mature but still going strong.
