Saturday, November 11, 2023 - Duck, duck, abortion!; 11/11/2023-11/17/2023: Aromas of washed stones, light and softly intense fruits, with almost a slight creaminess.

Bitter stones, dark bitter earth, deep yellow fruits, and a dried hay on the palate.

This shows a lot of promise. Unfortunately, I think this was consumed way too young. Wait the proper amount of years these generally need. If I had to guess, 7-10 years. I see this showing much better with more integration when given more time. Might’ve killed a baby here.
