Saturday, February 17, 2024 - Medium lemon appearance. Medium + intensity nose of lemon, lemon zest, lime, wet stone, crushed rock, blossom, touches of stone fruit including peach. Medium + body and packed, ripe fruit on the attack, creamy. High intensity of flavour. Gives the perception in the first half that it might be a little flabby but nothing of the sort - the high acid takes over in the second half building and building into a long, mineral finish of crushed rock.
