Saturday, March 11, 2023 - Matter of Taste Zurich, Grand Walkaround Tour. Extracted and ripe fruit, pretty much like the Signature, but on top this adds earth, whiffs of spice. The fruit profile was darker, showing black currant and cassis. Softly textured palate. Compared to more recent vintages, a step-up from the 2018 I found, but not quite at the level of 2016 or 2015.
