Smaak / Afdronk: Mondvullend, dik-sappig. Een enorme retronasale smaakrijkdom. Mooie concentratie, prachtige balans. En wsat een lengte… Harmonie! Aroma / bouquet: Full, expressive and seductive with both fresh (apple, pear, brioche) and riper (honey, boiled cabbage (pleasant / reductive) / roasted nuts) aromatic characteristics. Taste / Aftertaste: Mouth-filling, thick-juicy. An enormous retronasal richness of taste. Beautiful concentration, beautiful balance. And was a length… Harmony!
