Thursday, October 3, 2013 - Dinner 10/2/13 of braised lamb and roast boar. Ruby hued in the glass. Very stiff and sour at first pour, softening after just minutes in the decanter. Nice plum/berry/cola aromas at first, harder to find later. Good body and mouthfeel for about an hour, but thinned out over the course of the meal. Drink up.
