Monday, February 12, 2024 - 12022024 - 3rd Day of Lunar New Year celebration at Ed’s house. My bottle tasted blind. Still so fresh for a 29 yrs old Chianti Classico. Dried cranberries, leather, dried tobacco & sundried tomatoes. Lively acidity & really pleasant mouthfeel
