Sunday, July 26, 2009 - Classic Rheingau Kabinett that is evolving much faster than anticipated. Bought at Canal's at 6 years of age, so I can't guarantee provenance. Deep yellow golden color with great nose. Acidity is not there though which is what makes it all work for German wines.
