Thursday, November 24, 2022 - Yellow-gold color with fine mouse and small bubbles. Yeast, lemon and ripened peach on the nose.

Palate was a little oxidized, almost maderized on opening but quickly began showing brioche, stone fruits, lemon and ripe golden apples.
