Wednesday, March 1, 2023 - Tasted head-to-head against Mount Mary Chardonnay from Australia. No comparison. The beautiful toasted brioche and minerality of the Aubert easily won out for all. Still improving after 1.5 hours and then gone. Might have rated higher with longer decant. Be sure to smell as much as you taste, because the aroma is oh so wonderful.
