Saturday, May 13, 2023 - This wine is characteristic of the best of Barbera. Asti’s have always seemed a bit more acidic than the Alba’s, but the structural roundness of this wine handles that acidity and uses it to enhance the taste overall.

Wonderful notes of ceder on the nose, BTW!
