Saturday, June 17, 2023 - Color is raspberry, translucent with a clear meniscus. Nose is cigar box, graphite, some saddle leather, generous alcohol. Not too much fruit, strawberry, raspberry plum. Rich body with silky tannins, a good hit of acidity and a lingering finish. Real poise; another hit from Ridge.
