Saturday, October 14, 2023 - Deep ruby red with pink rim. Redcurrant, cassis, dark cherry, raspberry, violet, spices, earth and wood. Medium-high acidity, medium-high tannin. Good structure. Long tannic finish.

Breathed for 3 hours in bottle before drinking. Approachable now but the soil note in mid-palate was still compact, and would need more cellar time to develop.
