Saturday, May 20, 2023 - La Paulee NY. Not very expressive on the nose, stems and shy black fruits appear after coaxing. Meaty, earthy and dense GC, typical CDR active limestone on full display on the chalky inflected finish, but not uber long. This wine is just too young.
On the whole line up, I must say that I was expecting much more, the prices doubled in the last 24 months, but the question is, has the quality doubled ?
