Monday, November 20, 2023 - Mid yellow in color. Expressive nose. Ripe yellow fruits. Quince and pear notes. Some almonds.
Fruit is precise. Palate is round but fresh. Not much acidity but has a structural freshness. Pretty long. Very nice wine with pan fried trout and fennel pure
