Mid yellow in color. Expressive nose. Ripe yellow fruits. Quince and pear notes. Some almonds. Fruit is precise. Palate is round but fresh. Not much acidity but has a structural freshness. Pretty long. Very nice wine with pan fried trout and fennel pure

Drank over 3 days. The wine gained complexity by the day and kept well its structure and freshness. Mainly similar to prior note with some quince, more ripe mandarines, pear, again apricots and some minerality such as maybe wet stones emerging. Very interesting to follow

Intriguing nose of honey and orange zest. On the palate some apricot, unripe peach, beeswax, lemon, a herbal note, some minerals and a buttery smack. Better in shape on day two. Great balance and persistence. Still rather tightly knit but very delicious nonetheless

Though one can taste the quality, in my opinion it is too early to judge (rate) this wine as it is pretty much closed. 60 % Marsanne, 40 % Roussanne, 14,5%. It should be more complex in 1-2 years.
