Friday, March 1, 2024 - Burgundy Tasting (Restaurant Brunnenstube, Beinstein): Tasted blind. Do we find the Roumier in this flight? Yes, it clearly stood out. Clear, deep ruby color. Beautiful deep and complex nose. Youthful, but also very multi-layered. On the palate also very deep dense and young. Beautiful fine texture, fine tannin, some reduction. Wonderful balance and tension, long. Makes fun already but more to come for sure. 92-93
