Friday, April 22, 2022 - It’s striking how different this is on the nose compared to the Paso. Richer, darker, cooked fruits on the nose. The oak is less obvious. Really ripe black cherries and a hint of blossoms. This is rich, round and full on the palate with more black cherry juice, plums, velvety, mouth-coating tannin. This and the Paso really show the nature of terroir. Both virtually 100% Zinfandel but show so differently 93
