Saturday, September 2, 2023 - Seven course wine pairing - Canlis Seattle (Seattle, WA): Darker yellow. Nose is like a Gruner Veltliner. Menthol prunish? Heavier feel than the albarino before it. Taste is dry reisling like. Acidic. Paired with rye bread with butter. Good pairing. Can taste the alcohol. Very atypical chard for me - does not taste like a chard.
