Friday, September 26, 2008 - Australian 1998s Dinner (Crown Wine Cellars, Hong Kong): Deep crimson translucent colour. The nose is more reticent/closed than its Brookman sibling but improved with time with spicy and blackcurrant notes. A really wow! rich palate which is an elegant and feminine balance of velvet and acidity. Very long length with lots of "in your head" sensations. Excellent. The best Cabernet Sauvignon of the night despite the impressive company.
