Wednesday, May 6, 2015 - Cola, pepper and smoke. Feels like a lot of extraction. Sweet, almost bordering on cloying in the context of a dry red wine. My understanding is this is sourced fruit from the first vintage. I believe things have only improved since this initial offering.
