Sunday, November 6, 2022 - Double decanted due to its youth. Dark ruby with hint of purple hue. Smoke, black plum and cedar on the nose. In the mouth it's almost painfully intense but surprisingly balanced in fruit, acidity and tannin for such a young wine. Medium-long finish of lingonberry and dried thyme. Impressive now but bound to improve substantially over the coming years. I'll wait until 2024 to sample again.
