The tannins have also been very fine and have been much akin to the slight tannic feel of a fresh raspberry too. This bottle showed a little more savoury quality but less of the fruit and the tannins seem to be a little more prominent and less buffered by fruit. Could it be closing down? or has it had it's day given the relative lack of structure? Only time will tell. I'll be keeping a couple back to see what happens, but certainly buying a fresh case of this now would seem to represent a bit of a gamble.
