Saturday, April 17, 2010 - Popped the bottle and let it breathe for a couple of hours. Beautiful nose right off the bat. Tons of spiced vegetables, earth and smoked bacon. Palate was a combination of tomatoes and black cherry. Silky mouthfeel. Finish lasted a nice long time. Would purchase again.
