Wednesday, July 20, 2011 - Medium burgundy color with no signs of aging. Very floral on the nose, roses, and red fruit. Feminine and delicate burgundy.... Took a while to open and actually showed younger than the 04 Dujac. Spice, iron, and an almost blood note on the palate. Long and complex finish with perfect balance.... Very good grand cru.
