Friday, November 17, 2023 - At Le Bernardin NYC. Starts off a little tight with green apples, citrus, gunsmoke, some salinity, but opens throughout lunch showing ripe stonefruit, toasted oak and butter notes as well. Dry, medium + acid, full bodied. 14,1% alc well integrated, ending in a long well balanced finish sporting the quality fruit.
