Friday, November 10, 2023 - Pale, light straw in color. Full, forward & attractive nose of ripe fruit aromas of apples, lemons/limes & melons with overtones of floral notes of honeysuckle & minerals, stony, almonds & a slight touch of honey in the background. Light bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth texture, crisp, ripe fruit flavors of lemons/limes, grapefruit & green apples, stony, minerals & a hint of honey. Crisp lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present although it may develop further with additional aging.
