Ultra ripe cranberry, ripe strawberry, ripe red cherries, dried leaves mixed with a lot of smoke and cedar. Medium + intensity of aromas. Probably about a 75%/25% ratio of primary to secondary aromas. The palate adds white pepper, crushed red pepper, juniper berries, finishing with an explosion of secondary flavors: vanilla, smoke and cedar. The ratio of fruit to oak is more like 50/50 on the palate. Texturally linear.

Medium body, medium acid. Young, hot and punchy at this stage. Still developing. Hold for 2-3 years and see if it settles down. Right now, some air does mellow it out a bit.
