Sunday, December 19, 2010 - nose: pretty and perfumed nose of red cherries, roasted herbs, roses, tar and a good dose of spices. Very good depth with a plushness to the nose as well
taste: silky and polished medium/full feel with good medium+ acidity as well as plush tones of roasted herbs, spices, red cherries and a touch of tar on the back end
overall: very well balanced and drinking extremely well right now. This was decanted for about 45 minutes and is well layered too. There is a bit of bricking at the rim showing off a bit of age
