Saturday, August 26, 2023 - Good sparkling. Elegant Blanc de Blanc style, with good flavor. Pale straw color with a persistent stream of bubbles. Bouquet of citrus, pear, jasmine, and green apple. Refreshing taste with lemon curd, minerality, and green apple. I thought that it was lacking a bit of body and flavor. Maybe, it was even a bit bland. Not my favorite sparkler but was pretty good!
